The Newage AS440 automatic voltage regulator is widely used in Stamford generator ends. It is the direct replacement for the Newage SX440 and SA465 regulator. Also this AVR can work successfully in parallel operations

AS440 Main features:

1. VOLTS: To adjust generator output voltage
2. STABILITY: To prevent voltage hunting
3. STAB SWITCH: To optimise transient performance
4. UFRO: To set the UFRO knee point
5. DROOP: To set the generator droop to 5% at 0pf
6. V TRIM: To optimse analogue input sensitivity
7. EXC trip: To set over excitation trip cut off level  

Standard Applications

The AS440 is can be used in a verity of Stamford alternators. Some of the the models are: BC16, BC18, UC22, UC27, HC4 and the HC5 series.
